 اس ویڈیو میں، میں نے پیشاب کی بے ضابطگی کی عام اقسام (تناؤ، خواہش، اوور فلو) کو بیان کیا ہے۔

 میں نے خطرے کے عوامل کو بیان کیا ہے جو مرد اور عورت دونوں میں پیشاب کی بے ضابطگی کا باعث بنتے ہیں۔ اور میں نے کچھ مشقوں (کیگل ایکسرسائزز) کا ذکر کیا ہے جن کا تناؤ پر قابو پانے کے لیے شرونیی فرش کے مسلز کو مضبوط کیا جاتا ہے۔ 

میں نے پروسٹیٹ کے بڑھنے کو بھی بیان کیا ہے کیونکہ یہ غدود 40 سال کی عمر کے بعد بڑھ جاتا ہے اور پیشاب میں رکاوٹ پیدا کرتا ہے۔ 

 Asalam-AlaikumMy name is Dr. Shoukat Memon. I am a consultant Nephrologist working at the Indus Hospital Karachi. I am sharing the link to the video which is about awareness regarding common issues of urine. In this video, I have described common types of urinary incontinence (Stress, Urge, Overflow). I have explained the overactive bladder (urine bad). What are the causes of urinary incontinence? How to overcome Urinary incontinence without medicine? I have described risk factors leading to urinary incontinence both in males and females. And I have mentioned some of the exercises (Kegel exercises) to strengthen pelvic floor muscles in order to overcome stress incontinence. I have described also Prostate enlargement, as this gland gets enlarged after the age of 40 years and causes impedance of urine.
